Our focus has always been on fresh island ingredients and we certainly have options for those with a sweet tooth as well- check the cheesecake cups!  The restaurant is our heart and soul. We strive to make it a positive and delicious dining experience for all. We opened to the public in 2024.  We were name dropped in National Geographic in a short list of 'must eat here' locations after our first ever season.  We won Burger Love in 2025 with our 'Leroy' burger.

July - mid September 11 am to 8 pm
