Betty’s Homestyle Takeout is a seasonal favourite located in St. Peters Park, welcoming both campers and the public from the second week of June through mid-September. Open 7 days a week, the takeout is known for its hearty homestyle meals, friendly service, and relaxed family atmosphere.

The menu features a wide variety of takeout favourites including smashburgers, seafood dishes, hot sandwiches, appetizers, and weekly lunch specials that offer plenty of variety for returning guests. Sunday mornings are especially popular, with homestyle breakfast served from 9–11:30am.

All baked goods are made fresh on-site by Betty, whose cinnamon rolls, pastries, cheesecakes, and sweet treats have become local favourites. Guests can also enjoy 12 flavours of ADL hard ice cream along with classic canteen snacks, candy, and treats for kids. Whether stopping in for a quick lunch, family supper, or ice cream on a summer evening, Betty’s offers comforting food and warm island hospitality.
